Counterbalance Forklift Operative – Lincoln
We are currently recruiting for Counterbalance Forklift Operatives to join a busy site in the Lincoln area.
The role will involve a mixture of forklift work and bag work, so you must be comfortable working both on and off the forklift.
The Role
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving and stacking materials around the site
- Handling and moving bags
- General warehouse and yard duties
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a busy team
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
- Previous forklift experience
- Comfortable with manual/bag handling work
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Good attitude to work and safety
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday work also available/required
- £12.71 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours: £19.07 per hour
