Freelance / Flexible Associate Role
Kidz4 Community CIC is launching a new Tuesday morning wellbeing programme for babies, toddlers and young families in Clapham / Battersea, combining yoga, stretch & play, sensory experiences, emotional wellbeing and community connection.
We are looking for an experienced Early Years professional to help shape and support the development of this exciting new Kidz4 community offering from the beginning.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
- EYFS
- baby yoga
- baby massage
- sensory play
- toddler development
- nursery or family wellbeing settings
- community-based family programmes
The role may include:
- helping shape the Tuesday morning session structure and overall experience
- contributing EYFS and developmental expertise
- advising on age-appropriate activities and setup
- helping identify and support suitable facilitators
- Supporting the sessions / Delivering - open to discussion
- contributing ideas around family engagement and community growth
Details:
- Freelance / flexible associate role
- Approx. 10–15 hours per month initially
- £200–£300 monthly support fee initially, with scope to grow as the project develops
- Combination of remote planning/support and occasional Tuesday morning involvement
We are looking for someone warm, collaborative, experienced and genuinely passionate about supporting babies, young children and families through wellbeing and community work.
