About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Service Associate to play a key part in the day-to-day running of the shop. You'll help keep things running smoothly on shift, support the team with opening and closing when the Shift Supervisor isn't around, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support with opening and closing shifts when the Shift Supervisor isn't on duty
- Assist with the day-to-day operational running of the shop
- Help maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organisation
- Support with team training and lead by example where needed
- Deliver friendly, efficient front-of-house service to every customer
- Get hands-on with gelato service and help uphold our product standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous relevant experience in hospitality is a must
- Full weekend availability
- Available for a full-time, 40-hour contract - please note this role won't suit students or school leavers returning to education in the autumn
- Excellent customer service standards
- A strong team-player mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
- Someone reliable who takes pride in their work and enjoys a fast-paced environment
