We work with community groups, education providers, charities, employers and public sector partners to deliver projects that create measurable social impact. We are looking for a Partnerships and Engagement Officer who can strengthen these relationships and help expand the reach of our programmes.
You will act as a key link between our organisation and its external partners. You will develop new relationships, support existing partnerships and ensure that community voices are represented throughout programme planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
Identify and build relationships with community organisations, employers, education providers, charities and public sector stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with partners, understand their priorities and ensure that agreed actions are completed.
Community Outreach:
Attend meetings, workshops, networking sessions and local events to promote programmes and gather feedback from community members.
Programme Support:
Work closely with programme teams to coordinate partnership activities, referral pathways and engagement campaigns.
Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate partnership records, monitor engagement activity and provide updates on progress, risks and opportunities.
Events and Presentations:
Support the planning and delivery of stakeholder meetings, consultation sessions and community events.
Reporting and Evaluation:
Collect feedback, track participation and contribute to reports showing the reach and impact of partnership activity.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, community development, account management, public relations or a related field.
Communication Skills:
You can communicate confidently with people from different professional and community backgrounds. You are comfortable presenting information, facilitating discussions and representing an organisation externally.
Relationship Building:
You understand how to establish trust, manage expectations and maintain productive long term partnerships.
Organisation:
You can manage several relationships, meetings and deadlines while keeping accurate records and following through on commitments.
Digital Skills:
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, customer relationship management systems, online meeting platforms and basic reporting tools.
Knowledge:
An understanding of the voluntary, education, employability, public sector or community services landscape in Leeds would be beneficial.
Mindset:
You are approachable, proactive and solutions focused. You listen carefully, communicate clearly and understand that successful partnerships depend on consistency, trust and shared goals.
Pay: £2,725.00-£3,000.00 per month
