Job Title: Cleaning Operative/Driver
Location: Various sites across: Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and Glasgow.
Salary: £12.71per hour + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:15pm
One Saturday every eight weeks (overtime required)
Flexibility for early starts and late finishes may be required

SCS Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative/Driver to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple locations while representing the company professionally in communal areas and client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal stairwells in tenement blocks
- Window cleaning
- Bulk uplift services
- Void property cleans and clearances
- Carpet cleaning
- Sparkle cleans / builders cleans
- Gutter cleaning
- Power washing
- Bin cleaning services
- Driving company vehicles daily to various job sites
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
