Painters Cottage Day Nursery is an OFSTED Outstanding nursery setting.
We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our motivated and hardworking team as Bank Staff.
We are seeking flexible team members who have a passion for supporting children's learning and development in the Early Years and helping to create an environment that provides outstanding childcare. This role is ideal for individuals who are able to work on an as-needed basis to cover staff absence, holidays, and periods of increased demand.
Bank Staff will work alongside our experienced team and follow all nursery policies and procedures to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of the children in our care.
The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality childcare, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Candidates must be able to successfully complete all required safeguarding and suitability checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
The Bank Staff member is responsible to the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager. Duties will include supporting daily nursery activities, assisting with the care and supervision of children, and helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
