We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working dental nurse to join our busy Hygiene suite.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry and a desire to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the hygienist during procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterile.
- Provide compassionate patient care, managing patient anxiety, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment information in the practice management system.
- Ensure the sterilisation of dental instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments, including setting up equipment and materials needed for procedures.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper disposal of sharps and contaminated materials.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Dental Nursing or equivalent
- Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
