WE’RE HIRING – SALES NEGOTIATOR
We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, ambitious and personable Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency.
If you’re passionate about property, enjoy meeting people and have a proven track record in estate agency, we’d love to hear from you.
The role will include:
- Managing and progressing property sales
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Generating new business and identifying opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Generate mortgage and solicitor referral opportunities
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous estate agency experience
- Is confident, professional and driven
- Can work independently while being part of a successful team
- Has a genuine passion for property and delivering great customer service
***Competitive basic salary of £22,500-£30,000 plus commision and benefits***
