We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to join our growing e-commerce business in Telford.
The role will primarily involve packing and shipping customer orders from Whatnot, as well as preparing, labelling and packing stock for Amazon FBA shipments.
The position will initially be offered on a zero-hours contract, with hours depending on order volumes and workload. As the business continues to grow, our aim is for the right person to progress into a full-time position.
Main Responsibilities
- Picking and packing Whatnot customer orders accurately
- Printing shipping labels and preparing parcels for dispatch
- Checking orders to ensure the correct items are sent
- Labelling products with Amazon FBA/FNSKU labels
- Preparing and packing cartons for Amazon FBA shipments
- Counting and organising stock
- Receiving and putting away incoming stock
- Keeping the packing and warehouse area clean and organised
- Helping with general warehouse duties when required

- Able to follow packing and labelling instructions accurately
- Happy carrying out repetitive tasks when required
- Able to work independently
- Careful when handling products and customer orders
- Flexible with working hours, particularly while the role is developing
Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, Amazon FBA or order fulfilment environment would be useful, but is not essential as training will be provided.
Hours will initially be flexible and based on order volumes. There may be opportunities for additional hours during busier periods.
This role is being created as the business grows, and there is a genuine opportunity for it to develop into a full-time position for the right person.
We are looking for someone dependable who wants to become a long-term part of the business and take on more responsibility as the operation grows.
