Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced self-employed Multi-Trade handyman to join us on a as and when required basis. Covering Boston, Spalding, Skegness, occasionally lincoln and Peterborough. The role involves carrying out a range of property maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, flooring, plastering and basic electrical works (where competent), for letting agents and private customers. This is a flexible role with the potential to become regular ongoing work as the business continues to expand.

Duties
- Carry out reactive and planned property maintenance works.
- Complete a variety of repairs across domestic properties.
- Carpentry and joinery repairs and installations.
- Basic plumbing repairs and replacements.
- Painting and decorating.
- Patch plastering and minor making-good works.
- Flooring repairs and installation.
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs and installations.
- Basic electrical works (where suitably qualified and competent).
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where appropriate.
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords and letting agents.
- Take clear before and after photographs of completed work.
- Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy.
- Complete work to a high standard and report any additional issues identified on site.
