THE ROLE
We are currently hiring Sales Assistants to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a welcoming and personalised shopping experience for every customer.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through strong communication and selling techniques, including up-selling and improving key targets such as UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
- Build positive relationships with customers by offering helpful advice and responding to enquiries professionally.
- Use your product knowledge to recommend items and support customers with their purchases.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
LOCATION
London, UK – Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Notting Hill, Camden Town, Stratford, Canary Wharf
Full-time hours: 25–45 hours per weekPart-time hours: 16–20 hours per week
