KASE Care has an established domiciliary care service in the Harlow area, supporting a growing number of service users in their own homes. We currently have full-day care runs available, providing staff with the opportunity to work regular and consistent hours across scheduled visits.
As our service in Harlow continues to grow, we are looking for committed, reliable Healthcare Assistants who can support our existing service users and help us maintain continuity of care across our established runs. Flexibility remains important, as care schedules are based on the needs of our service users, but successful candidates can expect meaningful and regular opportunities for work.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for consistent domiciliary care work in Harlow who can commit to full-day runs and provide dependable, person-centred support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration (where trained)
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Completing accurate care records
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Working in accordance with KASE care policies and CQC standards
Essential Requirements
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as rotas develop
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
