As our business grows, we’re looking for dedicated Property Care Specialists to become part of our long-term team.
This is more than a cleaning role. You’ll become responsible for a portfolio of properties, helping maintain exceptional standards while building trusted relationships with our clients.
The Role
You’ll work as part of a dedicated two-person team, caring for a portfolio of approximately 3–5 properties.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Holiday let changeovers
- Deep cleaning
- Domestic property care
- Preparing properties for guest arrivals
- Making beds and styling rooms to company standards
- Restocking guest consumables
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Completing quality checks
- Following detailed cleaning systems and checklists
Every property is cared for to the same consistent standard using our company systems, products and equipment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who:
- Take genuine pride in their work
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Are reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to their own vehicle
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. We believe attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience. Full training will be provided.

Unlike many cleaning roles, this position isn’t based around a traditional 9–5 schedule. Your working week follows guest arrivals and departures, offering flexibility while maintaining responsibility for your assigned properties.
