Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a friendly and organised Front of House Team Member to join our award winning clinic in Hale.
Bank Medispa is a busy and high end, CQC-registered medical aesthetics clinic.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded across multiple floors and launched our own Academy and our team is continuing to grow with us.
About the role:
This is a key front-facing position at the heart of the clinic.
You’ll be:
- Welcoming clients and delivering a warm, professional first impression
- Managing the front desk, diary and bookings
- Handling calls, messages, and enquiries
- Keeping reception calm, organised and running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and great with clients.
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling diaries and bookings
- Confident in a busy luxury environment
- A great communicator with strong attention to detail
Experience in a high end hospitality or service role - but attitude and personality matter just as much.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Manchester, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Front of House: 2 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
