we are a welcoming, family-run nursery located in the seaside town of Formby. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to join our established management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to providing exceptional care and education while supporting and inspiring a dedicated team.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- At least 2 years' experience in a nursery setting, Managment experience preferrable but not essential.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A positive, caring, and proactive approach with a genuine passion for early years education and making a difference within the early years environment.
The Role:
- Work alongside our experienced management team to oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding childcare and learning experiences.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Ensure the nursery maintains its already high standards of care, safety, and compliance.
- Support staff development and contribute to the continued success and growth of the nursery.

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
