Job description
We are looking for one hardworking individual to help part-time with our family-run licensed breeding kennel. You will be self-employed and will be required to take charge of your own taxes.

About The Role:
We are a family, run business, mainly breeding French Bulldogs, Pomeranians and toy Poodles. All of our dogs live in the house and have dedicated rooms where they are kept. Main responsibility will include keeping the rooms and dogs clean.
This is a part-time position working Sunday and Monday and you will be paid minimum wage
You will work morning shift (around 3-5 hours) 8:45am/11:45am/1:45pm and and evening shift (2 hours) 6:45/7:45pm-8:45/9:45pm and occasional on-call availability if necessary.
Duties include:
Cleaning dog rooms, indoor dog pens and sleeping pods, puppy toilets, floors
Wash dog bedding, dog bowls, disinfection, etc.
Feeding the dogs correct food and according to dietary requirements
Cleaning and washing outside playing and toilet areas
Requirements:
Clean UK driving license and access to own car preferable but not essential as public transport is available
Must be extremely reliable and comfortable to be left alone with the dogs on a rare occasion
Able to follow strict instructions and learn on the job
Ability to recognise through observation changes in dogs behaviour and health
Confidence to work alone or under supervision
Flexibility during the working day and working hours
Being on call and ready to come on last minute request
Physically fit as this work can be physically demanding

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
