Supervisor required to join team at our seaside arcade with ice cream parlor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the floor and parlour, ensuring smooth and efficient service, working alongside the team.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
We are open 7 days a week, as we are an arcade near the sea front
Experience preferred.
Various shift patterns available.
Pay rate will be inline with Government Regulations
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mablethorpe LN12 1AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
