Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions with professionalism and care.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, ensuring high standards of service.
- Accurately enter sales orders and quotations and maintain customer data in our systems.
- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Assist with admin duties where required.
- Prepare and depsatch customer Invoices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Operate & follow service procedures, policies & standards.
- Improve customer experience by enagagement and building relationships.
- Support the external Sales Representatives and Engineers with enquiries.
- Represent the company values.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Skills
- GCSE English & Maths.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience desirable.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic team player witha proactive approach and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Excellent analysis skills for identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Effective under pressure with strong time management skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
