RecruitME is looking for an experienced or developing Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Grantham.

What will you be doing?
This is a hands-on recruitment role covering the full recruitment lifecycle.
You will:
- Manage live vacancies across specialist sectors
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Source and headhunt high-quality candidates
- Write and advertise vacancies
- Screen and interview candidates
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients
- Arrange interviews and manage feedback
- Negotiate offers and secure placements
- Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates
- Develop repeat business from existing relationships
- Identify new opportunities within your market
- Build and grow your own recruitment desk over time
Who are we looking for?

You may already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, or you may be a strong Resourcer or Recruitment Coordinator ready to take the next step.
You should be:

- Commercially aware
- Organised and able to prioritise
- Skilled at building long-term relationships
- Resilient and motivated by results
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in developing your own market
