About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our people team, on a full time basis, based in our Burnopfield office.
You will be at the heart of our people function, delivering exceptional employee experience across the entire life cycles helping us to modernise and evolve the way we work.
Working closely with our Head of Talent, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge existing ways of working, contribute fresh ideas and help shape HR processes that support our ambitious growth plans.
This role will suit someone who enjoys improving processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career in HR.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience, ensuring every new colleague feels welcomed and set up for success from day one
- Supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, providing responsive, professional and people focused HR service
- Building positive relationships across the business, becoming a trusted first point of contact for HR support
- Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR information system (HRIS), always ensuring data integrity
- Producing HR correspondence including contracts of employment, variation letters and reference responses
- Generating regular and ad hoc HR reports and metrics to support people planning
- Supporting HR Advisors with employee relations cases including sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes including documentation preparation
You’ll bring
- Proven experience in an HR coordinator or HR administrator role
- Sound working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience working with an HRIS and maintaining high-quality people data
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A collaborative, can-do approach with genuine enthusiasm for the people function
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
- Experience supporting formal employee relations processes
- Exposure to HR project work or process improvement initiatives
