Returns Customer Service Advisor
Reports To : Returns Manager
Job Purpose : The role of the returns customer services team is to help with the smooth running of the returns department. To ensure the mail order customers receive exemplary service.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering exemplary customer service at all times
- Process returns accurately and efficiently
- Scan returns into our warehouse
- Process the returned stock
- Process returns paper work in accordance with customer requests
- Apply product knowledge to be able to reply to customer emails and enquiries
- Knowledge of the basic workings of the website
- To data capture accurately all details from calls and make relevant notes on customer records
- Answering the telephone for mail order customer services in a professional manner
- Excellent product knowledge of all catalogue items
- The ability to navigate Elucid the database system to an high level
- Excellent keyboard skills and a knowledge of Excel spreadsheets records

- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken

- Ability to work within a team as well as individually
