- Deliver personcentred support with dignity and respect
- Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
- Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings
- Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans

This is a fulltime role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, worked across a range of shifts, including:
- 8:00am 8:00pm
- 8:00am 10:00pm

Apple House is a modern supported living service offering:
- 12 selfcontained onebedroom apartments
