Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct routine checks on equipment, identifying mechanical issues and reporting them promptly to maintenance teams
- Follow safety guidelines and assist joiners and machine operators
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities, batch numbers, and quality checks using basic math skills
- Support cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Experience
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting machinery is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math skills for recording measurements, quantities and quality data accurately
- This is a physical role and will require a level of lifting and moving
