This role is for a Playground Equipment Production Operative with A E Evans in Wrexham.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing timber-based children's playground equipment.
- Using hand tools, automated saws, and sanding machinery.
- Assisting CNC machine operators.
- Performing manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Working as part of a production team while also being able to work independently.
Skills and Experience They're Looking For
Essential
- Good physical fitness.
- Full driving licence.
- Reliable and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends when required.
Desirable
- Experience in timber manufacturing or woodworking.
- Experience using production machinery or workshop tools.
- CNC-related experience.
Working Hours
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Possible evening shift work with shift allowance.
