Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
6 Nightshifts per week - start times can vary
8 hour shifts
Sunday - Friday
Duties:
- Operate a Manual van to deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of products, maintaining proper handling procedures.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence is essential; experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Previous experience in large deliveries is beneficial.
- good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the road.
- must be over the age of 21
