We are looking for a passionate Entry-Level Medical Innovation Manager who is eager to make a meaningful impact and take on the challenge of executing the regional medical strategy for multiple brands within our Europe Personal Health Care portfolio. In this role, you will provide medical and scientific leadership to address critical innovation challenges, ensuring delivery of credible evidence and achievement of key development milestones.
This role will be based in our Reading Innovation Centre, an inspiring centre of excellence that delivers R&D innovations for the Global markets.

Support the development and delivery of the regional medical strategy for assigned brands in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Brand, Sales, Products Research).

Lead/ Enable the development of product claims and both non-promotional and promotional medical content, including toolboxes, educational modules, detailing aids, leave behinds, and digital assets.

Manage & collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive scientific credibility and brand advocacy.

Lead scientific intelligence initiatives to identify unmet medical needs, scientific trends, competitive landscapes, emerging therapeutic innovations, healthcare system dynamics, and competitor challenges.

Design and lead scientific publication strategies, including the dissemination of medical and clinical data through appropriate channels.

Support the creation and lifecycle management of global core documents, including Clinical/Technical Dossiers (CTD) and labeling documents, in close collaboration with regulatory and global teams.

Contribute broadly to innovation projects, co‑creating and influencing the strategic direction of research activities and scientific priorities.

Competitive Compensation: The annual starting salary for this role is £45,000. Job Qualifications

A Medical Degree or Life Sciences Degree; PhD is an advantage but not required.

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Demonstrated technical mastery in evaluating scientific data and extracting key insights.

Passion for innovation, discovering new trends, learning, growing subject expertise and sharing across teams.
