Duties include vacuuming communal hallways, sanitizing shared kitchens and bathrooms, emptying bins, and performing intensive deep cleans and room turnarounds between student tenancies
. Pay typically ranges from £12.71to £13.00 per a hour.
Key Responsibilities
Daily & Routine Cleaning
- Communal Areas: Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, and dust corridors, stairwells, lobbies, and social spaces.
- Shared Kitchens: Wipe down worktops, clean microwaves, ovens, and hobs, wash sinks, and empty waste bins.
- Sanitary Facilities: Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, baths, and washbasins.
Turnaround & End-of-Tenancy Deep Cleans
- Bedroom Resets: Strip and clean mattress covers, dust furniture, clean study desks, and wash internal windows.
- Deep Sanitization: Perform intensive floor-to-ceiling
- disinfection of private studios and shared flats ahead of new student arrivals.
Requirements & Skills
- Customer Skills: A polite, helpful demeanor when interacting with student residents, staff, and visitors.
- Safety & Compliance: Understanding of Health and Safety (COSHH) guidelines and safe operation of cleaning machinery.
- Flexibility: Ability to scale up hours during busy summer changeover periods.

Experience:
- Cleaning & Sanitation Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
