About the role
The Specialist Cleaning Group is looking for a confident and proactive Client Liaison & Sales Coordinator to help support our clients, generate new work, and assist with the growth of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping clients book the right services. You will work with both current and past clients, helping identify when services such as oven cleans or carpet cleans may be due, while also supporting incoming enquiries, quotes, recruitment admin and general client coordination.
Key responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Speaking with current clients to check they are happy with our service
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services
- Recognising when services may be due for current and past clients
- Reaching out to clients to generate repeat bookings
- Quoting incoming jobs
- Assisting with client upsells
- Reaching out to and onboarding domestic clients
- Generating leads for corporate clients
- Supporting the sales of specific job types
- Helping to generate more work for the company
- Assisting with recruitment, including screening CVs, interviewing and onboarding
- Carrying out spot checks
- Completing some compliance checks
- Managing your own emails
- Assisting with staff issues and queries, and passing relevant matters to a manager
- Checking the warehouse and reporting any mess or damage to management
- Managing directors schedule relating to sales
- Closing the office at the end of the day
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking to clients on the phone
- Friendly, professional and purposeful without being pushy
- Able to build good relationships with clients
- Organised and able to follow up enquiries properly
- Comfortable working towards generating more clients/work
- Able to manage emails and office admin
- Reliable, proactive and self-motivated
- Able to pass important issues to management when needed
- Interested in supporting both client care and business growth
- Full driving licence required and ability to use car for work as some work will be remote away from the office.
What we offer
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm – 5:00pm
