What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Observing, assessing and recording children's development.
- Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and best practice at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, caring and proactive attitude.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedford MK41 6EJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- L2 Early Years Educator (or equivalent/above) (required)
