OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR

The Griffiths Group Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Weighbridge Operator to join our busy team in Dewsbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights
- Processing delivery and collection documentation
- Greeting drivers and visitors in a professional manner
- Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries
- General office administration duties
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Experience operating a weighbridge is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
