Description
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Service Analysts to join our team in Glasgow. Ideally, you'll have experience working to ITIL standards and a passion for customer service as you'll be working with one of our largest customers in a hybrid role, including 2/3 days onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and where required lead activities required to ensure the project completes Service Modelling under the direction of the Service Lead.
CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information
for Infrastructure & Networking assets in accordance with our processes and procedures.
Gathering information to support the addition of the service into the IT Services Portal.
Support and assist the Service Integration process and handover to support process in accordance
with our processes and procedures.
Key Requirements
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes and practices.
CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information.
Recognised ITIL Foundation Computer Sciences Certificate or equivalent.
Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the business.
Strong planning and documentation skills to support the Product areas in maintaining the configuration management system.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
