The New You Plan is a growing Portadown business making dehydrated meal-replacement products that help customers with weight loss and maintenance. We’re a small, close-knit team where everyone plays a real part in the day-to-day.
The role
A hands-on, varied warehouse role. You’ll help make sure customer orders go out accurately and on time, and get involved across the whole operation:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock (goods in)
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing orders (goods out)
- Stock control and inventory checks
- Booking couriers and coordinating deliveries
- Using our internal systems and keeping paperwork right
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Spotting ways to improve how we work- your ideas count here
What you’ll need
Essential
- A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own transport, Carn isn’t well served by public transport for a 7:00am start, so you’ll need to be able to get here reliably
- Comfortable using a computer and quick to pick up new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organised, and happy to take ownership of your work
- A team-first attitude
A bonus, but not essential
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment or dispatch experience
- Stock control or inventory system experience
- Forklift licence (or willingness to train - we’ll fund it)
- Confident with Word/Excel (opens the door to higher-paid tiers)
