Ten Bottles is an independent wine, cocktail and tapas style bar in the heart of Wimborne Town Centre. Run by a family who are local to Wimborne, we are looking for 1 part time cook to deliver our famous hearty tapas style menu and charcuterie boards.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to our recipes and high quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of our meals
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures, in line with our Food Hygiene 5* rating
- Collaborate with our front of house staff to ensure smooth operation
-Stock Control and ordering
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience as a cook in a kitchen or similar setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and excellent food hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple dishes at once
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for continuous improvement of recipes. If you want to make them your own, bring your skill!
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Hours can be flexible for the right candidate and experience, and discussed upon application. The business is closed on Sunday & Monday so always set days off. Must be available for Friday or Saturday and sometimes both when needed especially if other staff on holiday or sickness.
