Campbell’s Kitchen is an established Bristol café and corporate catering company. We are expanding our catering operation and are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to lead savoury food production within our unit. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on quality, organisation and consistency in a fast-paced food production environment. We cater to a diverse range of private and public sector clients across Bristol, as well as providing bespoke catering services. Professionalism and discretion are essential.

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional food and service at Campbell's Kitchen. Based in the heart of the community, this role is vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily savoury catering production
- Prepare and present high-quality ambient catering items and chilled items such as salads.
- Oversee portion control, presentation standards and quality checks
- Manage workflow to ensure all catering orders are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate packing and dispatch of corporate catering deliveries
- Support delivery logistics where required
- Provide occasional cover in other departments when needed.Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in catering, contract catering, food production or supervisory kitchen roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail Experience preparing food for corporate clients or large orders
- Knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Confident communication skills
- Full, clean, UK driving licence.
- Delivery is a key aspect of this role
- Providing cover to drive catering vans ( Jiffy Trucks ) to cover annual leave as required What We Offer
