Job Summary
We are seeking men and women to come along and join our team over inBicester
Shifts are a Friday, Saturday night you can work one or both
We only ask for simple base uniform please a tack vest , polo shirt , trousers and no steel toe boots please
We require people to have a level head and can understand both sides of a story and be able to de escalate problems
Responsibilities
- Monitor the pub entrance to ensure only authorised patrons gain access
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity within and around the premises
- Enforce age restrictions and verify identification as necessary
- Support loss prevention by identifying suspicious behaviour and preventing theft or disorderly conduct
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid if required
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanour with all guests and staff
- Record incidents accurately and report any concerns to management
- Assist with general security duties during operating hours to uphold safety standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in surveillance, security, or loss prevention is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic first aid procedures is desirable
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to enforce rules diplomatically
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond swiftly when needed
