Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service . You will be involved in various aspects of food preparation, sushi rolling , all while adhering to food safety standards.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working alone or part of the team, high attention in details, good memory, good time management.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk.
- Physical body strength to stand 8-9 hr all day, and hand skill for sushi rolling.
- Shift pattern is 8.00-16.00 and 11.00-19.30
- Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance as needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Manage time effectively to meet rota hours.
- Approx 18 hrs/week and possible extra day if required when other staff is on holiday.
- Maintain 100% food training online record of the company "Attensi"
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic culinary skills with a passion for food preparation.
- Prefer Sushi hand roll experience, but a right candidate can be trained too.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Well organised, and have attention to details of food and delivery platform.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
