We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sports Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our energetic team.

The role
You’ll support sales and marketing campaigns, represent well-known brands and help attract and engage new customers. Along the way, you’ll receive practical training in sales, marketing, communication and campaign delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing brands at promotional campaigns, events and customer-facing locations
- Speaking with customers to understand their needs
- Presenting products, services and promotional offers clearly and confidently
- Supporting customer acquisition and brand-awareness activity
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Developing strong product and campaign knowledge
- Learning effective sales and marketing techniques from experienced mentors
- Assisting with campaign planning, delivery and performance reviews
- Contributing to a positive, ambitious and collaborative team culture

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sport or fitness is welcomed, but it isn’t essential. Full training will be provided.
