Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Acrobatic Coach to inspire and guide performers in mastering advanced acrobatic skills. Duties
- Develop comprehensive training plans tailored to individual skill levels and performance goals
- Teach and demonstrate acrobatic techniques, including skills, lifts, tumbling, and partner stunts
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously to prevent injuries during training and performances
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance technique, timing, and coordination
- Collaborate with choreographers and performers to integrate acrobatic elements seamlessly into routines
- Conduct regular assessments of progress and adjust training methods accordingly
- Maintain a clean, organized training space equipped with necessary safety gear and mats
Experience
- Proven sports coaching experience, preferably in gymnastics, cheerleading, or acrobatics
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex movements clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in performing or coaching advanced acrobatic skills
- Knowledge of safety standards related to acrobatic training and injury prevention
- Ability to motivate performers of diverse skill levels and backgrounds
- Certifications in sports coaching or related fields are a plus but not mandatory
