Regent care are looking for an experienced professional to join our team of support workers, This position requires a strong person centred approach to ensure all our clients are continuously receiving quality care as expected, the ideal candidate will have experience in the health care industry and be ready to work as part of a close-knit team. You will be first point of contact for clients with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany a patient to appointments and other events.
- Accompany a patient, family members, or caregivers to appointments and other events.
- Talk with patients and their caregivers about their needs and how best to meet them.
- Ensure that the needs of each patient are met by communicating with nurses, doctors, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in training programmes for new staff.
