Job Summary
We’re looking for a tailor or seamstress to join our team. This job would start part-time, with potentially more work in the future. We would like someone who is familiar with the entire garment-making process, preferably with industry experience in a factory or garment manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Create complete pieces of clothing from start to finish
- Keep an organized and manageable workspace
- Safely operate sewing machines and equipment
- Make garments at a high level of quality and ensure they are up to our standards
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an industrial tailoring environment
- Industrial machine-sewing skills and fabric-cutting skills
- A background in clothing manufacturing with skill across the whole production process
- Flexibility to work with a team or independently
