Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Landscaper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both soft and hard landscaping, take pride in high-quality workmanship, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of landscaping tasks including turfing, planting, fencing, paving, decking, and garden maintenance
- Operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Prepare groundworks and carry out site preparation
- Work from plans and instructions to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure all work is completed to a professional standard and within agreed timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping (soft and/or hard landscaping)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Experience using landscaping tools and machinery
- Have the right to work in the UK
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience operating mini diggers or other plant machinery
- Previous experience in fencing, patios, or decking installations
