Intervenor/Specialist Support Assistant
Vacancies in Hazon near Acklington area of Morpeth.
Wage £13.45 per hour start. Full or part time roles available – Minimum 24 hours
Shifts currently days, 8-8pm
Must have current driving licence.
The role will include providing an individualised, caring, responsive and high quality service so that this young person can live as independently as possible in her own home, and have the opportunity to access learning and leisure activities at home, in the community and across a variety of settings using a range of communication methods including British Sign Language.
Her team also support with learning which will be home- and community based so people from an education background are very welcome to apply.
Full face to face induction will take place prior to commencement in package,
Multi sensory training will be undertaken as well as bsl and any training specific to needs. Staff will be enrolled on to diploma level 2 in L/D
