Lettings Negotiator - Lincoln
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full-Time Lettings Consultant to join a successful and growing team.

The successful candidate will be highly organised and confident communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
You will have a strong understanding of all aspects of property management, including tenancy administration, deposit registration and processing, rent account management, compliance requirements (such as gas safety certificates, EICRs and EPCs), invoicing, property inspections, and month-end reporting.
You will also process landlord and contractor payments through our client account system, coordinate maintenance works with approved contractors, and help ensure company procedures and compliance standards are maintained.
The role also involves supporting business growth by arranging rental valuations and property viewings, managing the day-to-day office diary, and following up with prospective tenants after viewings.
Working as part of a team, you will contribute towards individual and team goals while delivering a high standard of customer service and building positive relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and contractors.
