We're bringing Lil' Nashville to Bristol soon, and we're looking for exceptional managers to join our opening team.
We're recruiting for three key management positions that will work closely together to deliver an outstanding guest experience and build a successful new venue.
· Deputy General Manager
· Duty Manager (Operations & Bar)
· Duty Manager (Bookings & Events)
Inspired by the honky-tonks of Nashville, Tennessee, Lil' Nashville is an independent live music venue and Southern BBQ restaurant where people come together for incredible food, great drinks and unforgettable nights.
Whether you're an experienced Deputy General Manager looking for your next challenge or a talented Duty Manager ready to step up, this is an opportunity to join from day one, help build the team, shape the culture and play a key role in establishing Lil' Nashville as Bristol's home for live music, Southern BBQ and genuine Southern hospitality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading busy services and supporting the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.
- Leading, coaching and developing the team.
- Driving sales, labour performance and operational standards.
- Supporting live music events, private hire and corporate bookings.
- Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, cleanliness and presentation.
- Working closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless operation.
We're Looking For People Who
- Have previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality.
- Lead by example and enjoy developing people.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Are commercially aware and understand great service drives great results.
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Enjoy live music, busy venues and working as part of a close-knit management team.
