Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact between residents and our organisation. The successful candidate will facilitate communication, ensure resident needs are addressed effectively, and support community engagement initiatives. The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with residents, managing documentation, and supporting project delivery with professionalism and empathy.
Duties
- Act as the main liaison for residents, providing clear and courteous communication via phone, email, and in person
- Organise and maintain accurate records using management software
- Assist residents with enquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Conduct data entry tasks related to resident information, service requests, and project updates
- Support administrative functions including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports
- Coordinate meetings or community events aimed at fostering positive relationships within the neighbourhood
- Provide regular updates to management regarding resident concerns or feedback
Experience
- Office experience involving administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping is preferred
- Proven ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Experience in a customer service or community liaison role is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to promote additional services or programmes beneficial to residents
