Fabricator / Welder

we are a growing steel fabrication company based in Bulphan, specialising in gates, railings, structural steel, and bespoke metalwork. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our workshop and help deliver high‑quality projects for domestic, commercial, and industrial clients.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for fabricating steel components from drawings, welding to a high standard, and assisting with installations. This role suits someone who takes pride in clean, accurate work and enjoys a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG & MMA welding on mild steel
- Fabricating gates, railings, frames, brackets, and bespoke items
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cutting, drilling, grinding, and preparing materials
- Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently
- Assisting with on‑site installations
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Working independently and as part of a small team
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding and steel fabrication
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Competent with workshop tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
