You’ll orchestrate technician schedules, keep clients informed, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure every job is delivered to our 5-star standard. Primary Responsibilities
Scheduling & Co-Ordination
· Own the schedule: book, organise, and adapt daily and future workloads on the CRM system and our internal tools.
· Be the hub: act as the primary point of contact for clients—updates, queries, and quick resolutions via phone and email.
· Keep everyone in sync: brief technicians, coordinate site requirements, and communicate changes clearly
· Plan ahead: build schedules around maintenance contracts and client commitments.
· Balance the team: manage technician annual leave and resource coverage.
· Support growth: prepare quotes, assist with pricing reviews, and help renew contracts on time and accurately.
Invoicing & Reporting
· Close the loop: collect job reports and ensure before/during/after photos and technician comments are complete.
· Ensure we’re finance-ready: confirm POs are in place so that we can raise invoices promptly
· Fix the gaps: follow up with clients and technicians to gather any missing details for reports or invoicing.
· Resolve queries: handle invoice questions quickly and professionally to keep cashflow smooth.

Hours of Work
8am - 16:30 Monday to Friday (40 Hours per Week)
