We're looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated individuals to join our team at Chichester Road is a CQC-registered care home and support residents to live with dignity, independence and wellbeing.
As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide practical, emotional and personal care support to residents, helping them work towards their goals and maintain their wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering person-centred care and support.

Supporting residents with daily living activities and personal care where required.

Building positive relationships and encouraging independence.

Supporting residents to access healthcare and other services.
-
Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately.

Maintaining accurate records and supporting risk management.

Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Has experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs.

Is caring, resilient and non-judgemental.
-
Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
-
Can remain calm in challenging situations.
-
Understands the importance of safeguarding, dignity and inclusion.
This role requires flexibility and the postholder will be expected to work on a rota that includes nights, weekends and bank holidays.
