As a Sessional Youth Worker – Boxing & Martial Arts, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exciting and engaging programme that is challenging, stimulating, fun, and developmental. You’ll help create opportunities for young people to build confidence, develop new skills, and stay active in a positive and supportive environment.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our boxing suite and martial arts area are safe, welcoming, and maintained to a high standard, providing young people with an exciting space to train and develop. You’ll also offer supervision, guidance, and support to young people while working alongside staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding sessions.
