What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations, team management, and guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure smooth service, high standards, and operational efficiency.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Help drive sales, implement promotions, and oversee budgets.
